Our client’s projects and their users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges client faces daily.
As a Program Manager, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your expertise, organizational skills and action orientation. You plan requirements with internal teams and user projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, developing capacity budgets, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical and business trade-offs in product development with engineers, product managers and customer-facing teams.
Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you will manage a significant project for our client.
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in project management, data analysis, capacity planning, addressing and solving complex problems, and strategic business development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Firm sense of accountability, ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non technical audiences
  • Organized, able to shift between projects without them slipping through the cracks
  • Solid analytical skills, with capacity planning experience a plus
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and project management.
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Responsible for the development & execution of feature planning and prioritization in your product area for engineering, product and user design teams
  • Establishes the necessary programs and one-off projects for the team to plan and execute in order for the product area to be successful
  • Interfaces with other product and engineering teams within Ads to develop actionable plans to coordinate launch needs of the entire Product Area
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans for executive audiences
  • Develop and execute internal operational processes at scale
