Business Analyst - Enterprise Resiliency or Business Continuity.
Minimum Required Skills:
- Looking for someone with 5-7 years of work experience and at least a couple years of experience/exposure to Enterprise Resiliency/Business Continuity. This is a more entry to mid career level type position.
- This person will be working with the team to find out which business units don't have a business continuity plan in place. They will then need to work with the lead person of that business unit to explain the importance of having a business continuity plan and help develop that plan.
- They will be managing several of these projects at the same time so they will need to have some good Project Management experience

Duration: Long Term
Establish trusted relationships with business stakeholders across the company to understand requirements for the Enterprise Resiliency program.
Identify and establish Enterprise Resiliency processes to enable effective reduction of risk associated with disruptive events.
Lead efforts across the Enterprise Resiliency program to set appropriate success metrics and consistently drive execution to reduce risk
Build strong relationships and processes with partner teams for Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management and related First Responder functions.
Ensure coordination with teams around the world and provide global coverage for Enterprise Resiliency services
Manage the components of VMware’s Enterprise Resiliency repository solution
Drives continuous improvement of policies, procedures and technology related to Enterprise Resiliency
Interacts with industry experts and stays abreast of best practices in the Enterprise Resiliency field
Work effectively as part of a geographically distributed team
Travel as required
-- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Resiliency including Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery & Crisis Management
--Capable of working collaboratively in a challenging, dynamic and global environment.
--Strong track record in developing, implementing and refining Enterprise Resiliency processes
--Demonstrated success working with a global Enterprise Resiliency program
--Solid Enterprise Resiliency repository tool management experience
--Track record of building successful relationships with partner groups
--Experienced in meeting goals in a fast-paced environment with rapidly needs
--Skilled at preparing risk readouts and reporting at all levels of the company from operational efforts through to Executive and Board level presentation materials
--Bachelor's Degree or related industry (or equivalent experience)
--Experience working in an Enterprise Resiliency / Business Continuity function within a Technology company
--Risk Management domain knowledge
