Need Enterprise / Solution Architects - Multiple positions

Enterprise / Solution Architects  - Bay area, NY/Tristate Area/East Coast / Chicago (Open to Travel).
Key Competencies  check for Chief Architect role
  • Multi tower depth i.e. at least 2 technologies
  • Customer facing Experience
  • Willingness to travel .
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Designing solutions in accordance with architectural and business services, standards and governance.
  • Creating roadmaps to address gaps and move the domain towards future architecture.
  • Recommends and develops Business Architecture Blueprints, Vision and Roadmaps.
  • Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Strong working experience in different types of architectures. like Multi Layered Enterprise, Service Oriented, Micro services, Event driven, Database driven etc.
  • Should have involved in End to End Solutioning, Design, and Development & Successful deployment of complex multi-tier architecture solutions.
  • Coordinate with business analysts & user communities to define requirements.
  • Knowledge on programming languages Java/.Net stack.
  • Knowledge of distributed Architecture, design principles and patterns.
  • Strong experience in Development & Application Architecture concepts.
  • Recommends and develops Enterprise Architecture Blueprints, Vision and Roadmaps.
  • Review technical design - define the product scope, product functionality, look, feel and performance, deliver what the clients need while adhering to overall product architecture & organization standards.
  • Experience with Hardware Sizing, Capacity Planning and Application estimation methodologies.
  • Able to setup High Availability, Fail-over from conceptual to working model involving leading application servers.
  • Working knowledge on
    • Application/System integration.
    • Application security methodologies and corresponding tools.
    • Application scanning against vulnerabilities, malwares and threats.
    • Good exposure in application version upgradation, migration and approaches.
  • Should act independently and provide leadership at an advanced level of technical expertise.
  • Motivate, mentor and lead technical teams, evaluate their delivery, guide the members to deliver quality output with responsible delegation and build a high-performance team.
  • Multiple stakeholder management (Customer, Customer Support Groups like Security etc., internal Stakeholders)
  • Share best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent, current and upcoming vendor products and solutions.
  • Actively assist Business Analysts and Support team in rolling out the product to our global user community.
  • Manage the interfaces with various external groups – e.g. upstream & downstream applications, datacenter & related services and various process/control functions.
  • Support Application Rollout strategy, Migration strategy, Test strategy from business and IT perspective.
  • Review the current state to identify gaps and develop an actionable roadmap to achieve the target state (e.g., business process, organization, information, technology, applications).
  • Domain expertise in any one of the business domain.
