  • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of IT recruiting experience
  • Proven track record
  • Rich background in sourcing candidates including referrals, job boards, social media and networking groups
  • Negotiation skills
  • Self-directed and strong team player
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Background in handling sensitive and confidential information
Skills Required: 
  • IT recruitment using Dice, Monster, LinkedIN, sourcing through social professional networking sites etc
Job Accountabilities: 
  • Source and recruit candidates: Demonstrates full cycle recruiting efforts including, but not limited to, posting job openings, sourcing, screening, qualifying applicants, networking, cold calling, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, job offers/negotiations,
  • Working Requisitions: Collaborate with the business development team regarding new and potential business requiring recruiting efforts which includes tracking all recruitment activity throughout the interview and employment process
