- Develop and manage a sales ready pipeline in both existing and new market verticals through online and offline strategies.
- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and implement key outreach techniques to generate service awareness.
- Conduct product/ service needs assessments by reaching out (cold emails, cold calls), identifying pain points, and effectively articulating eTouch’s unique value proposition.
- Successfully qualify and leads to drive sales.
- Set up calls or product demos, and assist in closing.
- Accurately manage and track customer data and interactions.
- Build strategic relationships to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up after sales for customer feedback and communicate the team to assist in further improvement.
- Requirements: Graduate in Business, Sales & Marketing, Communications, Technology or similar
- At least 1+ years of relevant experience in lead generation, coldcalling/prospecting, solution selling
- Experience working with a technology firm is highly preferred
- Comfortable with computers, technology and CRM tools
- Experience in technical support role or prospecting to international clients (US) is an asset
- Superior written and verbal communication skills balanced with great listening skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent follow through.
- Passion to learn, easily pick up new skills and assimilate technical information quickly.
