Duties:  
  • Work in partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, and other teams to translate business needs around search into product requirements and integrate those requirements into the platform.
  • Work with our Design and Analytics teams to understand and optimize the search experience.
  • Work closely with Engineering to prioritize the delivery of product requirements based
upon competitive advantage, technical dependencies, and collaborations with external teams.
  • Work with developers/engineering to ensure that client/service APIs are consistent across our products and web service offerings.
  • Assist on key customer and partner opportunities including sales calls, presentation
development, and messaging and value proposition refinement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Marketing, IT and Customer Care to ensure that all necessary programs are in place to drive successful execution of the product line strategy. 

 
Skills:     
  • 4 years prior experience in Product Management for software or web products; Previous Program Mgmt Exp is a plus.
  • Worked closely with Design teams/Previous UX/UI exp. is a plus; But this is NOT a design role. 
  • Background in search, machine learning, or developing recommendation engines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to internal and external audiences; ability to 
drive consensus and forward motion
  • Demonstrated quantitative skills and the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering team to solve technical challenges.
  • Aptitude for analyzing trends, understanding customer needs and translating these into strategies for feature development.
  • Ability to plan, organize, negotiate, and establish priorities to achieve results.
  • Experience in Agile, Lean and/or scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to shape constructive dialogue across a dynamic organization
  • Experience with Adobe’s Digital Marketing tools (Analytics, Target, Adobe Experience Manager, etc) is a huge plus.
  • Interactive design experience is a plus.
  • Experience developing computer software is a plus.
