Currently starting year two on a multi-year journey for a priority program known as “Awesome Agent Experience” (“AAE”). This program is intended to better equip and enable our agents to provide superior customer service. This program spans multiple teams across multiple internal Intuit business units. Looking for an analyst to support our existing AAE program management office. Support will include execution of ongoing program management cadence. The overall purpose of this position is to support our existing PMO in developing and maintaining new processes for effectively gathering, monitoring, and communicating the critical metrics that represent the overall health of AAE program.
 
Responsibilities:
Work with core Program Management team to:
•             Implement new processes and maintain existing processes for tracking program outcomes
•             Help schedule and communicate meetings related to program
•             Prepare materials and agendas for program meetings
•             Document and distributes outcomes and action items from program meetings
•             Report progress against committed outcome deliverables and milestones on a regular basis
•             Analyze progress against outcomes and provide timely information concerning potential risks
 
Requirements
•             2+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment
•             Self-starter
•             Problem Solving/Analysis
•             Customer/Client Focus
•             Ability to understand the wider objectives of the program
•             Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals at a variety of levels
•             Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
•             Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Word
•             Knowledge of Product Management and SDLC helpful
•             Knowledge of JIRA, Aha!, Confluence or similar roadmap, development and Wiki type tools
•             Customer Support Agent Experience a plus!
