The Business Development Manager position is a key sales role within eTouch sales team for North America operations.  This person is responsible for executing sales and business development strategies for targeted companies to improve organization's market position and achieve financial growth. We, at eTouch Systems, pride ourselves in partnering with Fortune 500 companies to provide them with Technology Solutions to ensure they stay competitive and succeed. We are looking for motivated, goals driven Business Development Manager.  
The candidate's primary task will be to acquire new clients for eTouch to do business with.  They will develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making and CxO level executives at targeted firms, as well as drive the sales cycle of all assigned sales opportunities from initial prospect communication through contract execution.
What will you do?
  • You will plan and execute the complete sales process from lead generation to customer success.
  • You will build relationship with customers to generate revenue, identify and qualify opportunities
  • You will collaborate with prospects, customers and Salesforce teams to sell eTouch’s solution implementation capabilities.
  • You will own customer success for the new and assigned accounts
  • You will ensure net new revenue growth as well as growth in existing accounts
  • You will actively identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities with help of networking.
  • You will actively collaborate with partners, customer and colleagues to achieve individual and team goals
  • You will anticipate account issues and proactively work to resolve the issues and ensure success for the organization and customers
What you need to have?
  • You should have Familiarity with Staffing/Digital offerings and active relationships within the Enterprise/IT Organizations.
  • You should have sound knowledge and experience in selling solutions based.
  • You need have a demonstrated experience in pipeline development and execution of the sales process to generate the revenue
  • You should have consultative sales experience selling implementation services for CRM, ERP or similar platforms
  • You should have an ability to identify and sell to the decision makers including C-Level executives, across both IT and business units
